FAQS and some topics people usually
want to know:
- Cleaning Training: Our professionally trained cleaning staff will clean your home. Each employee undergoes a rigorous training program emphasizing COVID-19 and how to wear protective personal equipment (which includes cleaning with the latest green cleaning techniques).
- Payment: Payment is due at the time of service. We charge the credit card on file after we finish the cleaning.
- Booking: We need your credit card number to book the cleaning. Your credit card will not be charged without your authorization.
- Sheets: Leave on top of the bed.
- Garbage: The clients must allocate the trash to the proper garbage bin (regular, paper and cardboard, glass and metal). Bathroom bins need to be relined with garbage bags. Any garbage bags that are very full and heavy will not be removed. Buildings have cameras in the basement or compactor area checking if we follow the garbage-recycle procedures. If we find an issue, we will call you to let you know, and the garbage will be in your apartment.
- Green Duster Team: We are a non-discriminating employer with a diverse, multicultural staff. Good communication is important to us. We ask our clients to communicate with the office with notes or requests. We will add this information to the team's work orders. Our team is in touch with the office via cell phone throughout the day. We can quickly call a team to relay a message while working in your home. Just let us know. (Apply only to emergency requests).
- Additional Services: Interior Cleaning of Refrigerators, Ovens, and interior closets. Please let us know 48 hours in advance so we can accommodate the proper time.
- Green Duster does not provide these services: Green Duster Professional Cleaning Service is designed to help keep your home fresh, clean, and comfortable. To this end, we cannot perform the services (Washing dishes by hand. laundry, moving heavy furniture, handling pet excrement)
- Cleaning Guarantee: All cleanings have a 48-hour guarantee. We appreciate your feedback on each cleaning. Occasionally, since we are humans, some areas may not be appropriately cleaned. Please notify us by email with pictures of the areas that need improvement. We guarantee to re-clean.
